1. Checking in at Tommy Gun’s is a smooth process. Enter your name into their self-check-in kiosks and you’re up next for your requested service.  If you need to leave the shop while you wait there is an option for a text message to let you know when you’re next in line. Or, choose to stay and relax in their man-friendly arm chairs surfing the iPads, watching TV on the big screen, or reading a wide selection of male-focused magazines (YMM included!).
2. While you wait there is an awesome collection of pinball machines, Big Buck Hunter, Arcade Legends and Air hockey to keep you entertained. All free of charge! 
3. Ben started his service with a complementary beverage and a remote to watch his in-mirror television!  His chosen service was the Tommy Gun’s Original Clean Cut.  Service included a shampoo, cut, neck and sideburn shave, rinse, scalp massage and style.
4. After his Original Clean Cut, Ben was treated to a Tommy Gun’s Original Classic Shave that could be compared to a spa experience designed for men! Lubricating Shave Oil treatment, hot towels, Moisturizing Shave Cream & hot lather shave, cool towels followed by smooth Post Shave Cooling Lotion treatment. Complete relaxation at its best.
